Graphics Designer

About the Role

As Graphics Designer at our Whitefield, Bangalore office, you will create and manage visual content across print and digital platforms for Bioplus Life Sciences. You will work closely with the marketing, medical, and sales teams to design assets that uphold our brand identity — from brochures and social media creatives to pharmaceutical packaging and corporate presentations.

Experience in corporate branding, healthcare, or pharma/life sciences design is strongly preferred. You will bring a sharp creative eye, technical software proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design assets for print and digital platforms including brochures, flyers, posters, social media creatives, banners, and corporate presentations
• Develop pharmaceutical packaging designs including cartons, labels, inserts, and product materials in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure brand consistency and strict adherence to Bioplus visual identity guidelines across all output
• Create digital content for the website, landing pages, email campaigns, and online marketing materials
• Coordinate print production with external vendors — manage proofing, colour approval, and quality assurance
• Contribute creative concepts during briefing and brainstorming sessions with the marketing and commercial teams
• Collaborate with medical affairs and scientific teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of healthcare-related design materials
• Manage and organise design files, version control, and reusable asset libraries
• Support video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia presentations where required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of professional graphic design experience; pharma, healthcare, or life sciences industry background preferred
• Expert proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital), paper types, and pharmaceutical packaging layout specifications
• Solid understanding of design principles including typography, colour theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with packaging dielines, regulatory artwork management, and label copy compliance is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards
• A portfolio demonstrating range across branding, print collateral, and digital assets is required
