About the Role

As Executive – Talent Acquisition at our Whitefield, Bangalore office, you will manage complete recruitment workflows spanning requisition generation through candidate onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, meet established turnaround times, and build talent reserves for specialised pharma, R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete recruitment workflows spanning requisition generation through candidate onboarding
• Develop and execute sourcing approaches based on hiring manager requirements and role specifications
• Meet established turnaround times for position closure across all business functions
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks
• Maintain talent reserves for specialised pharma, R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing roles
• Execute preliminary interviews evaluating technical capabilities, domain knowledge, and cultural fit
• Facilitate interview logistics with department leaders and senior hiring managers
• Coordinate offer processes and support compensation negotiation in alignment with HR policy
• Support HR operations during pre-boarding and onboarding procedures
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update ATS/HRIS platforms with candidate status and hiring data

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience; prior pharma, life sciences, biotech, or R&D recruitment experience preferred
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and Indeed
• Strong skills in end-to-end recruitment management, including JD creation, sourcing, screening, and offer coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities — comfortable liaising with candidates and department heads
• Strong attention to detail, process adherence, and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools is an advantage
