Job Title : Product Manager (International)
Line Manager : Group Product Manager
Supervises : the Export department (Marketing and Sales) and is expected to perform the product Management.
Location : Bangalore, Whitefield.
Qualification : B.Pharm / B.Sc. with MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 5 to 8 years
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Preparing the presentations of existing products and new products to assist the field staff.
• To create visual aids to field staff and work closely with graphics to compile the handouts and literatures.
• To prepare launch plans, training manuals.
• To compile various statistics of prevalence of disease pattern in the segments of different countries being operated.
• To update the websites of exports by incorporating the articles and write-ups on the products.
• To update all the promotional material of various countries and to ensure that the field staff receives them in time.
• To streamline the reporting systems of field staff.
• To provide data to Business Development Manager.
• Updating the monographs in coordination with Medical department.
• To identify new clients / distributors / parties.
• To coordinate with Regulatory department for registrations in various countries / identifying the new molecules and to analyze the existing formulations and suggest the new ingredients / formulations.
• To update on all clinical reports of various segments, to identify the new products for various countries.
• To identify the drug registration opportunities in various countries.
• The job entails extensive travel to identified countries for business expansion.
Product Management:
1. To create visual aids to field staff work closely with graphics and PMT departments to compile the handouts and literature of the products of Natures only. To prepare launch plans, training manuals.
2. To compile various statistics of prevalence of disease pattern in the segments of different countries being operated.
3. To update the websites of exports by incorporating the articles and write-ups on the products.
4. To update all the promotional material of various countries and to ensure that the field staff receives them in time.
5. To streamline the reporting systems of field staff, to provide data to BDM for his visits abroad. Updating the monographs in coordination with Medical department.
6. Preparing the presentations to existing products and new products to assist the field staff.
New Opportunities:
1. To communicate to new clients/distributors, send introductory mails to new parties. Should follow up with the parties on a constant basis.
2. To coordinate with Regulatory department for registrations in various countries, identifying the new molecules and to analyze the existing formulations and suggest the new ingredients / formulations.
3. To update on all clinical reports of various segments, to identify the new herbal and neutraceuticals preparations for various countries.
4. To identify the drug registrations in various countries.
5. To work on new products (Drugs), neutraceuticals, and cosmeceutical preparations.
6. The Intl product manager will also tour new countries and explore the new opportunities.
7. Intl product manager will be assisted by a product executive who will report to him.
8. He will report to Group Product Manager and in his absence will coordinate with the Vice President.
