Job Title : Brand Manager
Supervises : The Export department (Marketing and Sales) and is expected to perform the product Management.
Location : Bangalore, Whitefield.
Qualification : B.Pharm / B.Sc. with MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 4 to 8 years.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• To design Point of sale promotional inputs.

• Below the line activities for Natures Only OTC brands like Cheers and Biona.

• Should develop Media plans for countries being based here, and

• Should be able to co ordinate with the respective country Media agencies for executing the plans made by him.

• Ensure the marketing plan is developed in accordance with the local head of business and ensure implementation of the same and the result oriented follow up.

Background requirements:

• Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
• Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate colleagues and external partners
• Strong planning, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, results orientation;
• Should be well versed in developing marketing plans etc for our OTC products.
