FACTORY
MANAGER (PHARMA):
8 to 10 yrs of experience
in Pharmaceutical industry. The person will be responsible
for all Plant operations. Should have relevant experience
in Tablets and Capsules. The person should have excellent
Technical skills, Communication skills and excellent
Man Management capabilites. The person shoud also have
an experience in handling international cGMP Audits.
PROCESS ENGINEER:
10-15 years of experience from a Consulting/Manufacturing
bulk drug, Fine Chemicals or Bio technology industry,
Should be PHD/BE/ME(CHEMICAL) from a reputed institute.
Should be able to study the process, detail material
and mass energy balance. Should be able to develop BFD,
P&id, purchase specifications, designing and checking
the designs of process equipments like REACTORS, HEAT
EXCHANGERS and DISTILLATION COLUMNS. Should be well
versed with pumping system control concepts. Implementation
of project management techniques like PERT, CPM, Design
software systems knowledge would be an added advantage.
PROJECT ENGINEER:
5 - 10 years of Project Management experience from a
large chemical or pharmaceuticals industry. Should be
a BE/ME Engineer from a reputed institute. Sound knowledge
on equipment design and specifications, technical evaluation,
inspection, installation, commissioning and performance
validation in a fully DCS environment is essential.
PURCHASE MANAGER:
Aggressive and knowledgeable individual with strong
relationship skills is required to head the purchase
function for a Rs. 400 Cr. project at Hosur, Tamilnadu.
Sound knowledge in Chemical process, Utilities, Civil
and related equipment is a must. Experience in a similar
position at a large Industry/ multinational Chemical
or bulk drug plant is a must. Preferably an Engineer
with first hand plant knowledge.
ELECTRICAL
ENGINEER:
BE Electrical Engineer with 10 years experience as incharge
of power generation, transmission and application decisions
in a large factory. Coal Cogen experience would be an
added advantage.
CIVIL ENGINEER:
BE Civil Engineer with 5 years experience in Civil Project
Management and large scale site construction
OFFICERS:
Candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience in Purchase,
Project, Process, QA, QC, Production, and R&D are
also invited.
PRODUCTION OFFICER(S)
BE - Chem, Exp.: 10-15 years out of which last 5 years
in Pharmaceutical, Food or Chemical Industry with GMP
background.
Should be able to supervise in shifts all the production
activities on shop floor to meet the targets. Knowledge
of working with DCS and GMP shall be an added qualification.
DCS OPERATION
OFFICER(S)
BE - Chem / Computer Science, Exp.: 8-10 yrs out of
which last 5 years in Chemical Industry with DCS regulated
process.
He has to directly monitor and control the process through
DCS interface. Exp. of working with GMP shall be an
added qualification.
JUNIOR PRODUCTION
OFFICER(S)
Dip - Chem Engg / B.Sc, Exp.: 5-10 years in a chemical
industry handling batch process, unit operations like
filtration centrifuges, drying evaporations, distillation
etc.,
Exp. in working with GMP is preferred but not essential
OPERATOR(S)
ITI / Dip. Chem. Tech: 3-5 years in a chemical industry
handling batch process, unit operations like filtration
centrifuges, drying evaporations etc., Exp. in working
with GMP is preferred but not essential
QC INSTRUMENTATION
CHEMIST(S)
M.Sc - Chem / M.Pharma (3-5 yrs)
Preferably from Pharma Industry having experience in
Analytical Instruments such as GC / HPLC / AAS / GCMS
etc
QC SHIFT CHEMIST(S)
B.Sc / M.Sc - Chem (2-3 yrs)
Work experience on analytical methods and KF Titrator
/ Spectrophotometers etc.,
QA OFFICER(S)
/ CHEMIST(S)
B.Sc / M.Sc - Chem (2-4 yrs) Experience in QA Documentation
SR. ENGINEER MECHANICAL
Diploma / BE - Mech (8-12 yrs)
Maintenance of plant equipments, buildings of bulk drug,
fine chemicals plant. Should have skills in implementing
preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, spares
management
SR. ENGINEER UTILITY
Diploma / BE - Mech (8-12 yrs)
Maintenance of fbc, coal / oil fired boiler, brine chilling
plant preferably screw type chiller, air compressor,
water treatment plant, cooling tower cost controlling
on utilities basically need to understand the bulk drug
plant requirements.
ASST MANAGER -
INSTRUMENTATION
BE - Electrical / Instrumentation (8-12 yrs)
Calibration and maintenance of all type supporting instruments
for DCS system / continuous process plant industry,
need to know the document preparation for WHO, cGMP.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER(S)
BE / Diploma - Mech (4-6 yrs)
Preparation of checklist for maintenance works, worklists,
allotment of manpower, material planning, capacity to
inspect the quality of maintenance work carried out,
sufficient knowledge in all equipments related to bulk
drug / fine chemical industries.
ASST MANAGER -
ELECTRICAL
BE / Diploma - Electrical (8-12 yrs)
Calibration and maintenance of all 22 kv substation
and allied mv equipments. 1500 kva genset operation
and maintenance. Should know Electrical Regulation,
Liasoning. Need to know the documents preparation for
WHO, cGMP, ISO.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER(S)
Diploma - Electrical with C grade license (6-8 yrs)
Maintenance of electrical equipment, spares planning,
manpower control, condition monitoring, preventive maintenance
for bulk drug plant /continuous process industry.
